Rome’s Fiumicino Airport, which serves over a million travelers each year, was among the most recognized. The airport was awarded to recognize excellence across the board, however, it also received recognition for its dedication to providing excellent customer service and its dedication to staff. The Singapore’s Changi Airport was also honored by their staff who are dedicated as well as customer satisfaction throughout the trip.

The promotional advertisements were sent to all airports in the world. The category of “enjoyment” is determined through feedback from travelers about quality eating and shopping, the comfort in the gates, entertainment choices and the overall atmosphere.
